Position Summary

Ensure on-property event execution and provide administrative support for MSB property General Managers. Serve as primary point-of-contact for guests organizing and attending meeting events at property to ensure their end-to-end experience operates smoothly. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service (e.g., Front Desk, Restaurant). Support property billing efforts related to both event and non-event related activities (e.g., monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables (APAR), direct bill applications). Collect, develop, and submit content to update property web sites on Administrative duties, delegated at the discretion of property General Managers, may include monitoring and maintaining databases associated with finance, accounting, labor scheduling, sales, general property operations, and liaising with Regional Sales Office (RSO). In instances where a property is not supported by a Regional Sales Office, this position may complete all tasks involved with event planning and detailing.

Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to guest concerns. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
