The Role

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions while working closely with the Salesforce Administrator. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Salesforce applications, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document detailed requirements.
  • Analysis and Solution Design: Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. Work with the Sales Operations team to design solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and help ensure the quality of implemented solutions. Identify issues or bugs as needed.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of Salesforce solutions. Create training materials and documentation as required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively.

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales operations or similar role, preferably with hands-on experience is a plus. Understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, specifically Sales Cloud.
  • Skills: Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to perform data analysis and create reports/dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience in Outreach a plus
