This position will provide support to the Location Manager, at the Selma, IN, facility, by performing the following duties:

What you will do:

  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Liaise between salespersons and customers
  • Conduct various book-keeping duties, including invoicing and A/P processing
  • Oversee inventory controls as required
  • Provide assistance with customer account management, to include:
    • invoicing
    • troubleshooting
    • sales order
    • price books
    • pre-pays
    • inventory transfers
  • Performs administrative duties, to include:
    • data entry
    • mail distribution
    • answering telephones
    • radio communications
    • payroll administration
    • file maintenance
    • office correspondence
    • Customer relations
  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant office or administrative experience
  • Accounting education and/or experience is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of agricultural chemicals and fertilizer is a plus
  • Ability to lift 25 – 30 pounds
