  • Month and year end close for portfolio.
  • Oversee preparation and reconciliation of financial statements , general ledger and cash flow projections.
  • Maintain fixed asset purchases.
  • Provide financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with Audit request and Tax Compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable experience.
