As an integral part of the revenue operations team, the Associate Salesforce Admin plays a crucial role in supporting Center's growth across various areas. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, along with proven experience in managing and maintaining a Salesforce org.

This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with sales processes and a willingness to learn other revenue operations systems to support broader business initiatives are essential.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and will work within a team of 7.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Administer our Salesforce platform, including configuring and customizing our org, creating and managing reports and dashboards, and providing support to our users.
  • Support users including log-in, technical issues, enhanced functionality requests, and provisioning of new users with effective management of object and record level access.
  • Monitor the performance of our Salesforce org and identify and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Assist in maintaining data quality and continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Willing to grow and obtain new certifications in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Assist in training of new user onboarding and rollouts of new or updated features and tools.
  • Self-prioritize tasks based on business value and impact.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its features including flows, permissions, and security settings.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification 201 required.
  • Experience in administering and supporting a Salesforce org.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
  • Experience in large Salesforce configurations
  • Experience with Gearset or other deployment management tools.
