In addition to delivering advanced dermatology care and supporting general practice vets, ADG is actively involved in drug development and clinical trials, boasting the largest residency program approved by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology.

We are in search of a Practice Supervisor to lead our team. This role involves overseeing administrative and leadership tasks and actively supporting the daily operations of the practice, with a mix of focus on management and patient support.

Staff Management:

  • Supervise the technician and front desk staff.
  • Handle scheduling, training, and development of technical and receptionist staff.
  • Manage all aspects of staff, including recruitment, evaluations, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Patient Management:

  • Streamline patient processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assist technical staff in patient care tasks.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Provide support to the clinic as required.

Front Office Management:

  • Focus on excellent customer service and client relations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and communications efficiently.
  • Work with Doctors and Regional Operations Managers to address client concerns.

Records Management:

  • Ensure records are up to date.
  • Establish and enforce record-keeping procedures.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor costs and revenue opportunities.
  • Review charges for accuracy.
  • Partner with Regional leadership on financial initiatives.

Marketing Management:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Ensure effective use of marketing materials.

Facilities Management:

  • Maintain clinic cleanliness.
  • Address facility concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to maintenance schedules.

Primary Role Objectives:

  • Consistent results delivery.
  • Effective team building.
  • Sound decision-making.
  • Employee, patient, and client care.
  • Perform assigned duties to achieve objectives.
