provide the highest level technical product support including response to user questions, installation, system monitoring, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance.

Facilitate and perform the delivery of technical services including the preparation of alternative solutions and technical recommendations.

Formulate and direct the preparation of technical procedures, documentation, manuals, and reports.

Maintain broad technical industry knowledge and broad understanding of our internal infrastructure.

Mentor and provide functional/technical leadership and work direction to staff. Additional Requirements

1. MUST HAVE extensive experience with python, SQL, and UiPath (or similar automation technology)

1. Exhibits master level proficiency in system administration and automation; exhibits expert level knowledge of one or more specific technical area that enables the administrator to serve as the highest level resource in that area throughout the company. 2. Provides input into related technology strategy to management.

3. Provides expert insight into problem resolution calls working closely with software and hardware vendors.

4. Helps team to access proactively key measurement data and suggests ways to utilize information for enhanced performance.

5. Reviews procedures and documentation to ensure technology remains current
