Develop and Implement strategies that support The Yale Club's member recruitment and retention goals. There are no direct reports, however, this position is second in command of the membership and marketing department in the NYC office. Therefore, will manage the department in the absence of the Director of Membership and Marketing.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive membership marketing strategies including email and digital effort
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives across channels.

Membership Acquisition and Retention:

Brand and Messaging:

Team Leadership and Development:
