As an IT Senior Developer, you will be responsible for all CRM related technical and programmatic delivery of IT projects and solutions for our organization. You will ensure that projects, initiatives and enhancement technical components and development code are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure that projects are aligned with Cherry Bekaert's strategic goals and objectives. You are responsible for function and feature design and ensure all development code is high quality, meets security protocols and is executable according to acceptable and expected performance criteria.

We are looking for an experienced team leader to support the growth of Cherry Bekaert's enterprise applications and data solutions platforms and connected technologies. The ideal person for this role will have a strong grasp of MS Dynamics 365 and working knowledge of SQL, HubSpot and learn other applications, tools and services that support CRM processes. Your ability to analyze and support Growth Operations, Marketing, People & Culture and IT, technology applications and platforms will contribute to the solution delivery and operational excellence of our Enterprise Data Solutions Applications team.

This position requires knowledge and skills in business processes analysis, problem solving/solution design, information technology, system configuration, systems integration, customer application development, change management and communication. You will oversee the end-to-end process from solution ideation through development and delivery

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the business requirements.
  • Solution Delivery - Ensure all components of the technical architecture and development code are properly integrated, implemented, and delivered. Responsible for the overall technical integrity of Dynamics 365 and integrations with other Marketing and Corporate Technology. Responsible for planning/estimating, resourcing, and coordinating solution delivery across the team comprised of internal staff and vendor resources where necessary.Scope to include all development activities including projects, enhancements, break-fix or initiatives that require development skillsets. Responsible for function and feature design and ensure all development code is high quality, meets security protocols and is executable according to acceptable and expected performance criteria. Make recommendations and implement SDLC, Dev Ops, Governance and Security enhancements and changes to mature technical related processes to protect the firm from error and intrusion.
  • Leadership - Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership and oversee day-to-day technical team activities, working closely with CRM Admins, Business Owners, and Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Client Support - Facilitate business requirements gathering sessions. Translate business requirements into an appropriate Dynamics solution (entities, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards) and create appropriate documentation and process flows. Provide user support and individualized training as requested. Utilize Jira for requests and maintain the Jira application.
  • Innovation -and oversee the implementation of these technologies into the existing landscape. Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness in Dynamics and other CRM related applications and technologies. Maintain deep technical knowledge and understanding of the latest developments in the CRM technology space
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with the broader architecture community to ensure that solutions align with target architectures and technology roadmaps. Build and maintain strong working relationships with associates at all levels and across organizational groups. Participate in Dynamics communities and user groups to enhance skills.
  • Communication - Executive level presence in presenting to every level of the firm. Create and present proposed solutions and process flows in clear and concise manner. Be able to explain technical solutions in layman's' terms and bridge the gap between, technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain solution design and operations documentation and ensure processes related to application management excellence are established and followed.

Required Competencies, Skills & Abilities

  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 or equivalent large scale Marketing platform experience implementing and managing CRM solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience leading technology teams, with technical knowledge in modern cloud-based application development platforms, processes, and tools.
  • Knowledge of integrated Marketing technology platforms such as Power Automate, Introhive and Analytics
  • Experience working with KingswaySoft, SQL or similar data integration tools is helpful
  • Experience with CRM application development and release processes and application systems administration (configure, test, deploy, operations)
  • Able to effectively facilitate meetings as well as engage within the project team structure.
  • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in teaching and/or mentoring technology professionals
  • Great interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
  • Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively with all levels of the organization.
