Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement systems engineering activities to include os technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities. Perform complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities. Establish input and output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of the total system. Assess support resources to remediate active or potential incidents, problems or processes. Analyze the server patching process to provide technical solutions, including scanning, patching, remediation and reporting. Perform deployments and upgrades, and resolve trouble shooting issues in the production environments. Integrate SSO with externally hosted vendor applications using saml including ping identity federation and other applications. Draft technical documentation to handle multiple communication channels during production issues. Aggregate and analyze logs with shell commands, Splunk or other log aggregation tools. Support web access management solutions including ping access and ca SiteMinder and support federated IAM protocols, including saml, oauth, and openid connect. Support directory services infrastructure with apache, IIS solutions and other technologies. Involve in software development life cycle for patching, vulnerability remediation management, and change management across platforms and systems. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. Required Skills & Experience: Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, CIS, MIS or related; and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
