Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists in the execution of Go-To-Market plan deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, removing roadblocks, managing compliance and legal review processes, and facilitating the hand-off between teams for execution.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
  • Contributes to journey mapping for their respective audience segmentation - including identifying gaps, pain points, positive experiences, and identifying opportunities for future state needs.
  • Assists with campaign execution in partnership with functional marketing team members.
  • Understands departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.
  • Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.

This individual is part of a team managing audience driven campaigns across our Plan Sponsor Marketing, Participant Marketing and Advisor/Consultant Marketing channels.

  • Assists in campaign planning, development and execution in partnership with Sales and functional marketing team members.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with TIAA retirement marketing and distribution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of financial services campaign marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of financial services campaign marketing experience.
  • 5+ years' experience working in the retirement or defined contribution industry.
  • Experience with asset allocation and/or income solutions.
  • University degree.
  • Strategic thinking to enable impactful delivery and execution of results-driven marketing plans.
  • Relationship building to enable strong relationships across the enterprise.
  • Digital-first approach to drive deeper engagement with target audiences.
  • Analytical skills to help track, measure and interpret success/strategy of marketing programs.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $99,900/yr. - $150,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
