Help initiate preventive maintenance (PM) work orders, stock and non stock orders and follow upExpedite ordersFollow-up on overdue orders (local and in state vendors)Distribute PO changes, updates and deletionsPick up items for Maintenance from local vendorsMonitor overdue PM s, stock-out and zero balance listingsFollow up on Items that were orderedProcess kitting for non-stock items that were ordered and receivedBatches daily reportsFollow up on overdue stock statusWE101 reportsReviews material requests (MRP) report and takes appropriate actionProcess new stock requests and changesMaintain established inventory levelsUpdate catalog data from the SAP systemProduct reportsCoordinate parts substitutionCreate stock location (as needed)Mark inventory items per guidelinesIdentify and track obsolete and duplicate stockPrepare documentation for disposalTrack disposal processAccomplish yearly record retentionPerform weekly cycle countsAccomplish annual inventoryAssist maintenance in:Emergency ordersLocating suitable substitute partsHelp in ordering stock items for special projectsResolve questions about maintenance work ordersMaintain files.Vendor receipts, new stock requests (numeric), deleted and items to be deleted, periodic and reports, PM work order numeric by date/machine asset numberSpecial Projects as related to the department needsMust be a high school graduate or equivalent/some college is preferableMaintenance inventory and warehousing experience desirableMust have good math skillsMust be computer literate in the Windows environment (Excel & Word)SAP or similar program experience helpfulMust be able to operate a forklift and must be able to obtain a Foster Farms Powered Lift Truck LicenseMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to climb ladders and stairs frequentlyMust be able to squat, bend and liftMust be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
