WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

  • 5 years minimum experience as site manager and extensive lead carpenter experience. In this position, you will
typically run a job from frame to finish and punch

  • Knowledgeable and skilled at frame to finish carpentry. This position is management and belt on responsibility
  • Skilled at running and delegating a crew
  • Able to communicate clearly (both with clients and co-workers)
  • Team leadership and management skills
  • Ability to run a schedule and manage trade subcontractors
  • Be client focused to ensure jobs fall within timeline, budget, and expectations
  • Able to read and understand architectural blueprints
  • Consistently enforce safe working practices and follow OSHA guidelines
  • Have tools of the trade and reliable transportation

Competitive industry wage is based on experience - PLUS job performance bonuses that can add up to an additional $10K per year.
