Job Overview
This position is responsible for designing user-friendly and engaging digital experiences. In this role, employees assist in the design process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to research and design for companies using NextEra Energy software to design, sell, finance, and install projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with customers and product managers to gather user requirements and understand their needsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders to help align critical insights to the business need and timelinesWork cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to successfully deliver new platform designs that emphasize ease of use and aesthetic qualityIllustrate design ideas in design software using storyboards, process flows, and sitemapsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they will look likeIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems using analytics tools and present proposed solutionsConduct testing and adjust designs appropriately based on user feedbackPerforms other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
