Position *
The ERP-Epicor Analyst will act as a senior consultant with a technology focus, enhancing business processes and efficiencies across multiple US sites. This role is critical in implementing and maintaining best-in-class manufacturing practices and technologies related to business analytics.
Key *
- Technological Solutions:
Lead the design and propose advanced technological approaches using best practices and benchmarking. - ERP Projects:
Assist with site upgrades, transitions, and integrations across the US, leading ERP projects and ensuring process synergies. - Process Alignment:
Standardize processes and procedures across various sites to ensure best practices. - Data Management:
Take ownership of data quality and integrity; proactively address data quality issues and coordinate resolutions. - Workflow Documentation:
Develop and document business processes and workflows to support ERP and new tools. - Analytic Support:
Provide analytic support including dashboard creation, descriptive and correlation analyses, visualization, and summarizations. - Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and implement permanent solutions. - Knowledge Maintenance:
Maintain expert knowledge of analytic tools (ERP and Power BI). - System Performance:
Analyze systems performance to improve the efficiency of analytic systems. - Data Management:
Manage data requests, API connections, data mapping, importing, and exporting. - IT Projects:
Participate and contribute to various IT projects within the facility. - Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as required and/or assigned.
Core *
- Epicor Experience:
Extensive experience with Epicor software, particularly Epicor 10. - Analytical Skills:
Ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable pieces using creative thinking and data analysis. - Relationship Building:
Skilled in building trusting relationships and motivating others to adopt best practices. - Manufacturing Knowledge:
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and KPIs. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Microsoft Office:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications and *
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. - Experience:
Three to five years of relevant work experience. - ITAR Compliance:
Must be a US person as defined by ITAR (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
