Job Description

Transform tax compliance workflows by evaluating and improving processes through technology, risk management, and organizational design.Review and optimize internal processes related to staffing, scheduling, hiring, and retention.Oversee resource allocation across practice offices and tax sectors to ensure balanced and efficient workflows. Analyze and distribute weekly scheduling reports, collaborating with management to effectively assign resources to tax client engagements.Assist in facilitating the talent acquisition process by managing staff workloads and collaborating with the recruiting team on hiring strategies.
