Job Description Summary

The Ultrasound Tech Aide is integral to the overall patient and guest experience. The Ultrasound Tech Aide duties include but are not limited to the following: provide support to clinicians in the preparation, performance and post procedural work of providing patient care. Ensuring rooms are appropriately stocked and cleaned pre and post procedure, setting up supplies for procedures, ensuring adequate supply volume, monitoring telemetry, transporting patients, greeting patients, and assisting patients during the exiting process.

Minimum Qualifications

High School or GED (Required)

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Strong and appropriate communication and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE

Six months to one year experience in a position with public contact.
