Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering in-home sales presentations showcasing our wide range of home improvement products and services. These representatives embody the brand by presenting themselves professionally, showcasing extensive knowledge of our offerings, and ensuring an exceptional sales and post-sales customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment
- Provide tailored options to potential customers based on their home improvement needs
- Maintain CRM records and customer documentation
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of all aspects of their home improvement projects
- Act as the connection between customers and post-sale divisions for financing, contract updates, quality assurance, and more

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing retail sales
