We are looking for someone that can assist with our daily shipment and warehouse operations. Hours are flexible (office hours are 9am-5pm M-F )

Title: Operations Associate

Hours: 40 hours a week

Compensation: $15/hour

Location: In-Office (Bridesburg, Philadelphia)

Responsibilities

Assisting with the fulfillment of medical device orders and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Include:

● Order Fulfillment: Packing and fulfilling orders for patients, data entry

● Warehouse Ops: Taking inventory, maintaining warehouse organization

● Quality Assurance: Process incoming returns, clean and test devices

● Assist where needed, potential for assisting with device support calls

Skills Needed

● Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

● Good communication skills

● Google Suite

** Need to be able to regularly pick up items weighing 1-50lbs

** Need to be able to stand for long periods of time

Bonus: If multilingual (Spanish & English) - potential for more hours handling device support

Impilo provides logistic and data solutions for healthcare companies and providers to scale their remote patient monitoring programs. Through our platform companies can ship smart at-home medical devices to patients and manage patient data with live medical readings. Our logistics services include device procurement, warehousing, customizable direct-to-patient shipping, and device refurbishment.

Required qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
  • 18 years or older
  • 1+ year of experience in the warehouse & production industry
  • Warehouse skills: handheld scanner operation
  • Warehouse skills: loading and unloading trucks
  • Warehouse skills: managing inventory records
