What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years Hotel Manager or 3 years Executive Committee experience at a 250+ room hotelExperience managing a property with $10M or greater in revenueThorough understanding of revenue management and commercial strategiesAbility to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:

Union partnership experienceThoughtful people leadership with a demonstrated track record of driving engagement and overseeing high-performing teamsHilton brand experience
