Our client is a fast-growing fintech firm with an impressive track record and high caliber team. As they continue their rapid growth, they are seeking an SVP of Total Rewards to drive their compensation philosophy and reward operations to support the attraction and retention of talent.

You will be responsible for leading a small team, partnering closely with the CHRO, CFO and leadership team and owning all compensation and benefit programs. You and your team will lead on annual cycles, incentive design and administration, benchmarking, and global mobility. You will play a key role in M&A scenarios from due diligence to analysis and integration work. As the organization expands into new geographies you will lead on standing up new C&B structures.

To be successful in the role we are looking for a Reward leader adept at operating in a fast paced, high growth and agile environment. You will need to be solution oriented and enjoy collaborating with senior leaders to drive the business forward. Global and M&A experience are preferred.
