This role is required to sit within the footprint at one of our hub locations with a hybrid workstyle (4 days in-office, effective 10/1/24).

The Senior Product Analyst works on the Product Management team to analyze, design, and support Truist's Enterprise Authentication product platform. The Product Analyst will have ownership of foundational, operational tasks including analyzing and managing voice-of-client feedback, orchestrating the continuous availability of data and KPIs (for scorecards and ongoing analysis), assisting in the management of demand intake to the team, and helping create stakeholder presentation materials. This position is a highly visible role with the organization and works closely with the product and technology delivery teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Monitor digital trends. Identify, prioritize and assess experience-related trends, business/service models, and underlying enablers that meet core business needs.
  2. Lead fact-driven analysis of the market, developing points of view and actionable recommendations that influence teams about top of mind client experiences.
  3. Benchmark Truist products and services (with direct and indirect competitive set) to identify pockets of opportunity and areas of best practice for concept testing, prototyping and/or development.
  4. Lead research to support product findings and issue remediation.
  5. Synthesize insights in a meaningful way to share with a cross-section of stakeholders and other partners throughout the organization.
  6. Coordinate research with analysts across the organization to create and communicate a strong understanding of client insights and the competitive landscape.
  7. Analyze, define, and communicate reporting requirements to cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle.
  8. Support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect client needs/gaps and teammate needs/gaps, as well as foundational technology capabilities and other digital enablers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors' degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  2. Three or more years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience
  3. Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
  4. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
  5. Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
  6. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  7. Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  8. Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
  9. Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business friendly terminology
  10. Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
  11. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership
