Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a driven, creative, and energetic professional to join our team. As Program Manager, Enterprise & Wholesale, you will report directly to the Head of Business Operations. In this role you will manage major projects and initiatives for the Enterprise & Wholesale business unit including go-to-market initiatives, product launches, revenue assurance, customer retention, pricing actions, and marketing programs. You will be a key partner with the senior leadership team with extensive visibility- and will help drive key projects, reporting and presentations.

As Project Manager- Enterprise & Wholesale, you will have the following duties:

Lead the planning and implementation of major projects – including those in Business Operations, Enterprise Sales, Wholesale Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management and Carrier Relations
Efficiently manage multiple projects of varying sizes
Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects.
Develop detailed project plans/methods to monitor and track progress
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Provide weekly reports on activities and project status
Build long-term, value-based relationships with decisionmakers and influencers to understand the business landscape and business trends
Recognize opportunities for process improvement and/or additional projects and programs driving revenue expansion and cost savings
Partner with Senior leadership to create impactful presentations and reports
Manage overall customer metrics, including usage data, health indicators and renewal dates to align with customer objectives

Qualifications:

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

10+ years business management, customer success or account management experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in working with complex, Fortune 500, multi-divisional, international customer
Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives
Assertive verbal and written communications skills with ability to build strategic relationships (deep and wide) within organizations
Highly skilled developing powerpoints and managing data in excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies
Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)
Strong technology and data networking knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in evolving technology sector
Effective and confident decision making based on business and financial principles
