      Qualifications

      Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience with one year which was equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or NH-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and organizing work; maintaining electronic databases and managing administrative programs and activities (e.g. maintaining training records, personnel management, correspondence, procurement and travel).

      Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).       4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree

      OR

      A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
