Great opportunity exists for a Respite Mental Health Worker in our Intensive Community Support-Respite program This program is available to adults referred by the Department of Mental Health who have lost their housing, are experiencing a need for increased support, or are transitioning back into the community from a hospital setting. The open, six (6) bed residential unit provides clients with stability as they connect with the resources and services needed to achieve independent living. The Respite Mental Health Worker will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of professionals which includes Nurses, Case Managers, Peer Specialists, and Master's level Clinicians.

The Respite Mental Health Worker will be responsible for:

Implementing individual treatment plans Facilitating recreational, therapeutic, and coping activities Supporting healthy living through proper diet and daily living skills Completing documentation, reports, and data collection Schedule:Sunday - Thursday 3pm – 11pm (40 hours)

Hourly: $17.50/hr +$1,000 Sign On Bonus

Required ExperiencePrior experience working with adults in an acute mental health settingMedication Administration Program (MAP) and CPR/First Aid certifications requiredwithin six (6) months of employment dateRequires valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to personal vehicle for consumer transportationBA/BS in Psychology or a related field strongly preferred
