Responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and maintaining DFC's data governance program, coordinating and collaborating with key partners throughout the organization, to integrate and modernize DFC data architecture and manages associated projects and work plans.
Develops, implements, and improves policy, standards, guidance, and direction regarding data use for internal and external purposes, governance and reporting by interpreting statutes, regulations, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) memos, and White House directives.
Grows DFC's data culture, promoting its value within and outside of the organization. Promotes and implements best practices in data management, encompassing all aspects of the data life cycle.Standardizes business processes, reducing administrative burden and duplicative efforts, to support customer use and analytical integrity.
Plans and manages data governance programs to include establishing project goals, scope, and developing project plans.
Provides administrative and technical supervisory oversight and support to assigned staff; sets priorities, assigns and reviews work; establishes goals and objectives; evaluates and gives interim and annual reviews for assigned subordinates.

This is not a Bargaining unit position.
