What are we looking for?

In this exciting new role you will be working alongside the Global Measurement Director (London based) and the Group Director of Client Services (New York based) in a newly formed role responsible for developing and delivering our measurement, research and insight capabilities for our NA based partners.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years experience in digital campaign measurement, market research and/or media insights. You'll have experience working directly in both measurement and insights roles in the media/marketing industry, whether that's in agency, client-side, or at a media-owner. (Note that experience working in a fast paced agency environment is preferred). You must be familiar with various campaign measurement capabilities including brand lift studies and you must understand how to use insights and research to drive business outcomes.

You'll have proven abilities to work cross-functionally across sales, delivery, and marketing teams, and you will have a track record of delivering best-in-class work to clients. You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team, including leading and managing projects with support from other team members.

You need to be passionate about the value of measurement and insight, excited to lead the development of these capabilities in the creator marketing industry, and keen to prove the True Human Influence of our campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of influencer campaign measurement studies Build recommendations for partners, analyze campaign data and develop insights Work with our external tools and agencies, including the set up of advanced measurement studies such as brand lift, sentiment analysis, and ROI Write campaign reports and present them directly to clients Help on-board new suppliers and new measurement capabilities, if applicable Lead the delivery of research and insights projects In partnership with Global Measurement Director, run bespoke thought leadership research studies both internally and with external vendors and partners Drive insight generation from our first party data and third party tools Present studies and insights in client meetings and at external events Work cross-functionally as an expert in measurement, research and insight Support the wider Measurement team on strategy, training, and collaboration with other internal teams Support our Sales and Delivery teams as a subject matter expert on post-campaign analytics, client learning agendas, and RFP/RFI pitch support, and aid them on using research and insight to drive new sales opportunities Work closely with our Marketing team on opportunities and content for PR, press, and events Liaise with our Product team on data, tooling, reporting, and dashboards

Experience:

Required skills and experience: Several years experience in digital campaign measurement, market research and/or media insights Experience working directly in a measurement or insights role in the media/marketing industry, whether that's in agency, client-side, or at a media-owner Experience working hands on with data and with relevant analytical tools (e.g. Excel/Sheets, third-party measurement and insights tools) Experience with advanced campaign measurement studies (such as brand lift) Knowledge of 3rd party tools and suppliers Experience working with external stakeholders (both client and agency side) Ability to convert data and results into insights and recommendations Ability to collaborate with "non-data" stakeholders by communicating results and insights in an accessible manner Preferred (but not required): Economics, statistics, mathematics or related degree Some technical data and analytics skills (e.g. SQL, Python) Experience working in a fast paced agency environment
