Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market making strategies for cryptocurrencies to optimize liquidity provision and profitability.
  • Execute trades across multiple exchanges to maintain tight spreads and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and events to adjust trading strategies in real-time and capitalize on trading opportunities.
  • Analyze trade data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in a Quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Physics.
  • Proven track record of MM strategy performance in managing portfolios and generating consistent returns (metrics will be requested upon interest).
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including market microstructure, order book dynamics, and trading strategies specific to digital assets.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ with experience in developing and optimizing trading algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
