- We are behind the scenes of divisional and corporate events both big and small, handling the technical details and ensuring that our clients can focus on delivering their message, rather than worrying about whether the technology will work.
- We are looking to the future, developing and deploying the best tools and services to enable and refine the hybrid workspace and hybrid working experience at Freddie Mac.
- Your enthusiasm and work ethic will add to the success of the department in achieving our goals.
- You will serve as a junior member of the AV Operations Team, responsible for in-person, virtual and hybrid event support at our McLean, VA campus.
- Your contributions will help Freddie Mac leaders and personnel effectively communicate their messages, both internally and externally.
- 2+ years of Audio Visual event support technician experience
- Trade certifications/licenses preferred
- Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure, think through a problem, and decide what to do about that problem. Critically, knowing when you should attempt a fix yourself, versus when to call someone more knowledgeable to assist, is a key factor
- This is an Associate level role, so extensive technical experience or knowledge is not required. What will be critical for success, is a general interest and curiosity to learn about AV technology and services.
- Possess the ability to work independently and in a team setting
