  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Relevant years of experience in strategic human resources management commensurate with the level of this position.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven understanding of employee engagement, DEI principles, and organizational change strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate efficiently at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • PHR or SPHR, or equivalent certification
  • Travel may be required occasionally.
  • Masters' degree or equivalent advanced degree.
