This is a Direct Hire role, on-site, here in Charlotte, NC
It involves Property Management, but from an IT Security and Access perspective.
So, you must have experience working with Real Estate Properties, primarily upscale apartment communities and all facets of Security and Access that are handled through Technology.
This includes conducting property risk assessments, designing and installing security systems, and managing in-house technicians.
The Director of Security and Access Control will coordinate with site contacts, managing technicians, liaising with vendors, and overseeing administrative tasks related to billing and vendor setup. There is some management responsibility for the Technicians who report to this person
Some of the technologies currently being utilized are:
SALTO Systems, Dormakaba, OpenEye, Schlage, RealPage, 911Cellular, Hanwha Vision, Freshdesk, Keri Systems, Premisys, Door King, Avigilon, Exacqvision, Engage, RS2, Wave Sync
This position is located in Charlotte, NC with some travel in the Southern States involved, and is on site everyday, whether at the office or at a property.
Compensation includes base salary, bonus and excellent benefits.
