As a Digital Advertising Sales Specialist, you must be a highly motivated and organized professional who can sell digital ads on multiple digital platforms, namely mobile apps and websites. You will successfully target, solicit, and close advertising customers, primarily small businesses. Ad buyers may occasionally include mid-large businesses/corporations or advertising agencies for athletic digital media ranging from single high schools to statewide coverage and even larger. To thrive, you should possess:Minimum one year of high-volume phone sales experience and a history of achieving exceptional results.Ability to establish, track, and achieve Sales goals and digital analytics for ad buyers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Digital ad sales or call center sales experience is not required but is a plus.Your responsibilities as the Inside Sales – Digital Advertising will include:Identify and target entities of all sizes for digital advertising sales opportunities.Efficiently and effectively sell advertising over the phone for all digital advertising inventory.Utilizing current templates, create an effective "Presenting Sponsor" package for large ad buyers to sponsor a school, district, or a regional/statewide digital sports network suite consisting of a mobile app and website.Effectively prepare and present a proposal to various potential ad buyers, including agencies.Communicate with advertising buyers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Understand and communicate critical digital analytics to applicable advertising customers.Manage a large inventory of schools and also a large ad inventory.Our client is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
