Description:

Looking for a forward-thinking Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Sales Lead to lead revenue growth strategy and ensure sales operations' ongoing success. This executive position calls for a dynamic leader capable of driving sales initiatives, especially in the public sector, and delivering advanced IT solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a holistic sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities, focusing on digital transformation solutions, cloud services, and enterprise solutions. - Build strong relationships with public sector clients, understanding their needs and positioning IT solutions as vital components of their digital transformation efforts. - Collaborate closely with the development team to align sales strategies with technical capabilities and innovation. - Boost revenue growth by identifying new business prospects, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new and existing clients. - Maintain a deep awareness of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and government regulations to strategically position services. - Lead and expand the sales and procurement team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


- 15+ years of experience in the IT consulting industry with a strong focus on sales and business development. - Educational background or proven work experience and achievements in software engineering in a consulting setting. - Direct experience working with development teams and managing government client accounts. - Expertise in government procurement within the IT sector. - Strong track record in selling enterprise solutions, cloud services (including AWS), cloud migration services, and other SaaS/PaaS solutions. - Outstanding leadership skills to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team. - Exceptional relationship-building skills with a history of forming and nurturing partnerships with government entities. - Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
