The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, scheduling, and customer service support to the Department, administrative staff, QM and clinical staff, to assure quality, efficient and cost effective services.
- Serves as a resource for Senior Director, Unit Directors, Manager, QM and ED Educators.
- Facilitates payroll processes for clinical staff using KRONOS.
- Collaborates with Educators and management to facilitate licensed clinical staff licensure and regulatory compliance.
- Maintains databases and files, and effectively communicates with Senior Director, management team, Educators, and QM.
- Participates in project management activities as assigned, including provision of clerical duties or higher level involvement such as coordination of processes or events.
- Provides technical support.
- Composes and/or types correspondence.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills to work in a highly dynamic environment.
What We Require:
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education or equivalent 4 years of experience required.
Experience:
Two years experience in data collection and analysis and/or advanced secretarial support required. Experience in emergency services or physician practice setting preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills with knowledge of a variety of software programs, including Microsoft word, Excel, Access, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation or database software.
