Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Process service-related payments, including cash, credit, and check transactions.
- Provide accurate and detailed receipts for all transactions.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding service costs, billing, and payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure a smooth flow of customer interactions.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to billing or payments.
- Keep abreast of Mercedes-Benz products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an automotive service setting.
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Compensation details: 18-23 Hourly Wage
