Your role at Sephora: Are you passionate about beauty and love helping others enhance their confidence? As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you'll play a vital role in assisting clients to uncover the magic of beauty, providing them with personalized experiences that cater to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals to suggest products that enhance their appearance and boost their confidence.
  • Demonstrate Product Application: Share your expertise in makeup application techniques and skincare routines with clients.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and newest products available at Sephora.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in exciting sales events and promotions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • BOPIS and Client Service: Provide top-notch client service for customers picking up their orders.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Contribute to upholding a tidy, well-stocked, and efficient store environment.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent retail experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Passion for beauty and dedication to exceptional client care.
  • Excellent communication skills and adept at multitasking.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing situations.
  • Flexible availability for peak retail hours.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.
  • Capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

$ $22.38/hr. The actual rate may vary based on qualifications and experience, as well as other relevant factors specific to the position or location.
