Job Summary

The Deposit and Liquidity Product Manager will play a pivotal role in Identifying, developing, and implementing deposit and liquidity solutions to grow and optimize the bank's commercial portfolio. A successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development and management of the banks' Commercial deposit suite and Fintech partnerships and integrations. This will require the ability to analyze market trends, client behavior and the competitive landscape to identify initiatives to attract and retain commercial deposits.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Analyze product, technology, and market trends and third-party requirements as needed, to develop and design innovative features of new and/or existing products or enhancements.
  • Manage the development, production, launch, pricing or promotion of products or initiatives, and recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process issues that arise.
  • Review and analyze the selection, design, development, and promotion of new or existing products utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers differentiated product solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Risk, Marketing, and Implementation to design and launch innovative commercial deposit products and solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations of existing commercial deposit offerings, including fee structures, interest rates, and features, and recommend adjustments to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators and track the success of commercial deposit initiatives, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing insight and recommendations on commercial growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Explore, enhance and/or maintain TM Vendor relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
  • Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
  • Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Required:

  • 5+ years in Commercial Payment, Treasury Management and/or Commercial Banking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and recommendations.
  • Previous people leadership experience specifically in growing a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to influence individuals and drive collaborative efforts.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful deposit growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage products from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to work across large, complex organizations to achieve results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree.
