QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ YEARS OF MIG WELDING EXPERIENCE
    • MUST HAVE MIG PULSE ON ALUMINUM
  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE READING BLUEPRINTS
  • MUST HAVE COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
  • MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
  • UNDERSTANDING OF PROCESS DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION PROCESS

PAY: $28.00HR - $35.00HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

SHIFT: 1ST, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7:00AM-4:00PM

LOCATION: ENGLEWOOD, CO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Must be open to shifting job responsibilities as needed.
  • Production style welding in a fast pace environment, sub component welds.
  • Required to set up jigs. Pulse 035 wire GMAW, all aluminum.
  • Fill it style welding, butt jointed aluminum square tubing. 3/16" thick up to 1/2".
  • Assisting on the shop floor wherever it's needed
    • Prepare material/tools, wrench turning, help wire electrical harnesses, measure/cut metal
  • Assemble and weld various systems, components, frames and structures
  • General use of hand tools, power tools and various welding equipment both manual and automated
  • Ability to source and recommend proper materials, supplies and other equipment required to complete daily duties
  • Lead, mentor and train junior technicians
  • Other duties as assigned
HIRING CNC MACHINIST IN ARVADA, COQualifications:
  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience
  • CNC Mill or Lathe experience required, ideally candidates will be strong on both**
  • Must be able to read GD&T
  • Experience with outer diameter grinding experience or cylindrical grinding experience

Pay: $25.00hr - $35.00hr (based on experience)Shift: 2nd and weekend shifts availableLocation: Arvada, COJob Description:
  • Set up and operate numerous machine tools to precision tolerances from blueprints and sketches.
  • Maintain all process documentation.
  • Makes, modifies or improvises tooling and gauging to complete assignments.
  • Fabricates metal parts by operating mechanical equipment
  • Utilizes blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of finished products
  • Will use CNC machining and CNC grinding techniques
