This is a full-time position with competitive compensation of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage a substantial caseload from start to finish, focusing on family-based immigration cases.
- Draft and review applications for relief from removal, ensuring high-quality submissions.
- Support attorneys in meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Edit and finalize packets according to attorney instructions.
- Respond promptly to USCIS's Request for Evidence.
- Support Legal Assistants with legal inquiries and case management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of case processes.
- Maintain ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions.
- Organize and maintain case files using our legal database.
- Prepare filings according to firm standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, relevant experience and education will also be considered.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining high accuracy rates in filings and prompt communication with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a substantial caseload.
- In-person position in our Phoenix and Glendale, AZ offices.
