Provide emergency and non-emergency dispatching assistance to 911 callers.
Monitor personnel such as law enforcement, structure fire, wildland fire, aviation, search and rescue to assure a response is made using a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD).
Refer non-emergency callers to appropriate civilian and/or governmental agencies.Assist criminal investigators and commissioned rangers in preparing arrest records.
Update wildland fire information for all incidents to ensure managers have updated information at the local, regional, and national levels.
