Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage AECD functional analysis with PACCAR product development teams and suppliers for all PACCAR suppliers
- Manage AECD certification document development and management
- Work with specialists to maintain and continuously improve PACCAR proprietary AECD and Running Change certification document development tools
- Manage a team of AECD engineers
- Participate in agency meeting preparations and discussions where appropriate
- Present PACCAR AECD updates to EPA and CARB
- Handle Agency Questions and answers
- Work with cross-functional teams within the organization as well as with external suppliers
- Provide weekly updates and attend team meetings
- Act as subject matter expert for PACCAR in the AECD sector
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry-related experience including an understanding of EPA and CARB regulations
- Effective at managing positive work relations and cross functional teams
- Good PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
