  • Obtain details to verify the identity of the customer in accordance with compliance standards
  • Communicates with customers by telephone, email, text, or chat about their accounts and provides lease program information
  • Process payments and answers customer's payment questions
  • Answers questions regarding property taxes, limited warranty, vehicle registration, and device issues.
  • Initiates follow-up with customers as needed to resolve issues
  • Document all interactions or transactions on a timely basis such as details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions and next steps needed
  • Administrative processing of incoming/outgoing letters and documents as needed

    experience Customer Service/Collections
    qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to operate and use a computer to perform all functions of the position including document management software, web-based applications, and use of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to use a multi-line phone system
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
