As a Software Engineer/Tech Lead, you will work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end, development of the application. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of application development with skills in Java, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Strong experience in JDA BY WMS implementation support and enhancement Projects 12 to 15 Years

Experience in BY SAAS

Strong experience in Integrations

Good experience in SQL PLSQL skill and query writing

Good Experience in MOCA architecture

Good experience in MOCA reports

Experience in Integrator is advantage.

Familiar with relational database concepts

Good experience in Development Configuration solutions evaluation Validation and deployment

Good experience in team handling and management skills

Experience in Ticket resolution

Responsibilties


• Primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment

resulting in client delight.


• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.


• Plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots

and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design


• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC for the developed requirements by setting client DEMO calls.

• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality

value adding solutions to customers. Fit right in to help client navigate their next in digital transformation journey

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
