As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will develop compelling messaging and feature benefits that resonate with our target customers in the restaurant, hospitality, and retail segments. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement and Solution to deliver a successful go-to-market strategy.

You have a strong background in the B2B SaaS space with deep experience around complex product launches, and the planning and execution of regular release cycles. Your ability to remain strategic while ensuring flawless execution of the plan is critical.

The Role. . .

  • Lead go-to-market plans that are synced with business & revenue goals and aligned with pipeline generation targets
  • Ensure go-to-market readiness by producing product collateral, case studies, customer videos, website content, and other assets that support campaign and sales enablement efforts
  • Define and evolve product positioning, branding, and messaging in cooperation with product management
  • Develop campaign and content briefs that address
  • o Business objectives
  • o Buyer personas and purchase journey
  • o Customer challenges
  • o Key differentiators
  • o Competitive landscape
  • Maintain expert understanding of target industries including restaurant, hospitality, retail, and other industries reliant on hourly workforce
  • Define and articulate impactful value propositions around Fourth complete offerings
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to establish market requirements that inform future product strategy and direction

The Ideal Candidate. . .

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field required.
  • MUST have strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • 7+ years related work experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Roll up your sleeves and fill in gaps when needed
  • Restaurant or Hospitality industry experience, either in operations or technology support, a plus
  • Strong ability to translate and effectively communicate unique technology into customer-relevant value proposition
  • Strong cross-functional and collaborative mindset to represent the buyer's point of view with Marketing, Product, Sales, & Customer Success teams
  • Extremely organized with excellent project management, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
