This position is located at the Crow Service Unit in Crow Agency, MT within the Medical Staff Division. The incumbent reports to the Clinical Director or designee.
A housing subsidy of up to $790.62 per pay period without dependents or $966.46 per pay period with dependents may be available.
Duties
- Responsible for management discussions, decisions, and policy making and sharing accordingly in management actions.
- Conducts periodic meetings with supervised staff to explain work requirements, communicate organizational goals.
- Maintain records and provide reports as required for program operations, quality assurance and other purposes.
- Advises Clinical Director and CEO on challenges affecting various departments and recommend corrective actions.
- Formulates and issue instructions and guidance for non-routine or complex assignments, new or updated processes, personnel assignments, and other operating matters.
