Under the general supervision of the Marketing Manager, the digital marketing specialist is responsible for planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns in an effort to achieve organizational goals related to marketing and communications.

This is a full-time opportunity based at our Corporate Campus in Woodbury, MN. Scheduled day hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Maintains our social media presence and participates in content strategy.
  • Responsible for driving customer demand and traffic to organization websites, and designing and implementing digital/internet marketing approaches including inbound/pull marketing, outbound/push marketing, and online advertising.
  • Develops new automation workflows and pathways through Hubspot, and makes improvements based on results.
  • Measures, analyzes, identifies trends, and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests to identify conversation drop points in the user funnel.
  • Implements large CMS updates along with the development of landing pages to optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
