Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
  • Perform daily purchase and inventory tasks as required. Vendor Set-Up / Maintenance.
  • Three-Way Match - PO, Receivers, and Vendor Invoice
  • Verify and match purchase and payable invoices for accuracy
  • Enter invoices accordingly
  • Inventory adjustments. transactions.
    • PPV analysis
    • Work with other cross-functional teams to carry out and effectively complete month-end close tasks
    • Balance Sheet reconciliation
    • Physical Inventory set up, processing, and reconciliation (annually)
    • Credit Card Reconciliations/Expensify.
    • Performs daily and/or weekly reconciliation of cash accounts (related to payables) and accounts payable sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
    • Maintains accounting sub-ledger and ensures accurate records, proper accounting treatment and reporting.
    • Research and resolve differences.
