The Role
This Senior Manager role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth Finance Decision Support and Analytics Team, a Center of Excellence (CoE) delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to lead a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. You will be responsible for conducting consultative analytics and crafting executive level recommendations for key strategic priorities across all Fid Wealth groups. Projects will range from short term ad-hoc deliverables to long term projects that could span 3+ months. In a highly matrixed organization, you will partner closely with Wealth Finance VPs and Wealth CoEs, including Line Finance Costing teams. You will also mentor and train junior analysts on the team through indirect management opportunities.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of related work experience Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis as well as data analytics
- Proven track record to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
- You are flexible and able to contribute to the team on multiple projects
- Expertise and interest in working with large, complex datasets related to customers and products using data analysis tools such as SQL. Experience with reporting and visualization apps including PowerBI, Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to "tell the story" and communicate effectively at varying levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in data visualization tools and the ability to guide others
- Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively, including effectively interacting and influencing senior management.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
