Lovell FHCC in North Chicago is seeking for a full-time Geriatrics positions with a BC/BE in Geriatric Medicine or Hospice & Palliative Care.
The highly qualified candidate has at least two years of experience providing high quality care to geriatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and demonstrated commitment and skill in medical education.
The successful candidate is also experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, dementia care, mental health illness management, and transitions of care.
The service operates from 8am to 4:30pm each day.
Highlights include:
- Full time position, in an outpatient office setting.
- Monday- Friday work schedule
- 26 days paid vacation, 13 paid sick days, 10 paid holidays
