Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Following established procedures and protocols when handling customer inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with call center systems and software is a plus
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
